Our Partnership With
The Lawrence House Center For The Arts

The Art House on London is thrilled to partner with The Lawrence House Centre for the Arts to bring dynamic children’s art programming to the heart of downtown Sarnia. Together, we’re combining creative vision, community spirit, and historic charm to offer engaging classes, workshops, and camps that nurture artistic curiosity and confidence in young creators.

About The Lawrence House

Built in 1892 for lumber baron William F. Lawrence, the Lawrence House is one of Sarnia’s most cherished heritage landmarks — a stunning Queen Anne–style home adorned with stained glass windows, ornate woodwork, and a signature tower overlooking Christina Street. After being gifted to the City of Sarnia by the Lawrence family in 1977, the building was lovingly restored and reopened in 2001 as The Lawrence House Centre for the Arts, a not-for-profit hub dedicated to visual, performing, and literary arts in the Lambton region.

Our Vision

Now, this historic space will once again be filled with youthful energy and creativity. Through our partnership, The Art House on London and The Lawrence House Centre for the Arts will work together to make art education more accessible, vibrant, and central to community life — inspiring the next generation of artists right in the heart of downtown Sarnia.
